КУ is an on-line magazine which tells its readers about interesting cultural phenomena: music, art, design, fashion, literature and city from Belarusian observer perspective.
A Bit of History
КУ appeared in the Web in 2009 as a PDF-magazine. It was a result of a spontaneous activity of some creative fellows. Non-commercial samizdat, which’s goal was to build a communication bridge between different creative communities in Belarus. We saw that there’s a demand for this kind of media and took a decision to create an on-line magazine. That step filled our project with lots of interactivity.
We can tell that after a year of existence, we’ve created a wide circle of readers. Most of them are professionals from various artistic fields. We also have many plans and ideas about further development. Our most important goal is to create Belarusian creative community, closely connected with global cultural processes.
